Association Objectives:
- To be recognized as the principal source of information and advice for food service contracting for client-liaisons.
- To be known as the leader in member education, creating a fair contracting partnership between host companies and service providers and thus enabling client-liaisons to make educated decisions, equipped with the best clarifying questions under any circumstance.
- To be an advocate of effective food service contract management, and provide practical tools for food service contract oversight through website support, consultants recommendations and conventions.
- Revolutionize the way food products, services, and equipment are marketed by securing a direct line to the decision makers and client-liaisons, while eliminating the service providers as the middlemen.
- Provide an accreditation process for service providers in all segments of industry. CLC’s accreditation process will be the “Gold Star Accreditation” for service providers of all sizes. Service providers that achieve the Gold Star will situate themselves better for contract retention.
- To improve and strengthen the contracted food service business by counseling members on effective operations and management, by fostering professional development and encouraging the highest business standards.
To serve our members’ need for information pertaining to industry changes including new/modified governmental agencies’ regulations through articles, forum and even industry links.
